Access affordable healthcare for your kids.
Our School-Based Health Services (SBHS) link Omaha Public Schools (OPS) students, their families, and children attending childcare centers in the area to a medical home. The Charles Drew Health Center SBHS are located within schools to serve your student. SBHS are an extension of our health centers in partnership with the schools’ nurses to provide quality and convenient care at school from licensed medical professionals.

What is a sports physical and why is it important?
Participating in sports can keep students fit and happy! By Nebraska state law, sports physicals are required to ensure students can participate in after-school sports safely. The exams are vital to gauge health and wellness and help identify and address concerns. Students can ask any questions about physical, nutritional, and mental health and build trust with their healthcare provider.
