Whether she’s coaching track & field, mentoring future leaders, or spending time with her children, her passion for empowerment shines through in everything she does. Kamara’s personal mission at Charles Drew Health Center:

“My mission is to provide compassionate support to individuals battling substance use disorders. I create a space for patients to share their stories. By addressing the physical, emotional, and social facets of addiction, I build trust-based therapeutic relationships. My goal is to empower patients and ensure they have access to vital resources and support.”
