Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Kalista is married and has three children. She enjoys swimming, gardening, nature, art, and playing with her four dogs and three cats. Kalista is committed to providing lifelong skills through various therapeutic techniques such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and Psychoeducation.
