Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Kalista is married and has three children. She enjoys swimming, gardening, nature, art, and playing with her four dogs and three cats. I am passionate about mental health and improving the well-being of children. Kalista is committed to providing lifelong skills through various therapeutic techniques such as TF-CBT, CBT, DBT, and Psychoeducation.
