Originally from Yankton, South Dakota, Dr. Bobbie Fowler is committed to making quality dental care accessible to all. She joined Charles Drew Health Center in 2025 and is passionate about building healthier communities through preventive care and patient education. Her dedication to dentistry is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a healthy smile, no matter their background or circumstances.
