Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Arianna Crum brings a strong commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care to Charles Drew Health Center. As Associate Director of Behavioral Health, she values working alongside clinicians and care teams to improve workflows in ways that support efficiency while ensuring care remains sustainable, compassionate, and accessible for all. Her clinical experience spans emergency, medical, and outpatient settings, with a focus on supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and major life adjustments.

When not serving patients and supporting care teams, Arianna enjoys creative writing, hiking, and yoga. Her dedication to behavioral health is grounded in compassion, presence, and respect for each person’s unique journey.
