Dental: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Behavioral Health: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6:30 pm, Saturday 9 am – 1 pm

WIC: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 12 pm, 1 pm – 4:30 pm, Third Saturday of each month, 8 am – 11:30 am

With 22 medical exam rooms, nine dental exam rooms, 10 behavioral health offices, and a full on-site pharmacy, our main campus is located just off 30th and Grant Streets.

Free parking can be found off the front of the main entrance on Grant, and there are bus stops nearby.

Note: The main building on the Grant campus is temporarily closed.
