In light of recent developments related to coronavirus (COVID-19), Charles Drew Health Center, Inc. will be limiting dental services to urgent needs only. This comes as a recommendation from the Nebraska Dental Association and the American Dental Association. As leaders in the healthcare profession, we are responsible for ensuring the safety of our community and staff. Dentists are in a high risk category for transmission of the coronavirus, with many routine dental procedures having the potential to transmit the virus via aerosolization of fluids through a surgical mask. The Dental department at the 2915 Grant St. location will continue to be available as needed for emergency care.
